The Beverly Area Planning Association (BAPA) is a not-for-profit civic organization dedicated to serving the Beverly Hills/Morgan Park neighborhood with programs in community safety, housing, preservation, school support, economic development, special events, and communications including the Villager newspaper and the BAPA website. founded in 1947, BAPA is a model for grassroots community organizing, bringing together staff and volunteers to advocate for neighborhood families. As a 501c3, contributions are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. BAPA memberships cover one year.
