28th Annual Ridge Run
Mon., May 29:  Established in 1978 as a 10K through the Ridge Historic District, today the Ridge Run, held on Memorial Day, attracts about 4,000 participants and includes 10K and 5K competitive races, plus a one-mile youth run, and a non-competitive tot run. A timed 5K walk through historic Beverly/Morgan Park was introduced in 2005. Start/Finish: Ridge Park, 96th and Longwood Drive. (View the route!) Stay for the Memorial Day Parade!
